1. Overview

By engaging in life coaching sessions with Amala (Christie Eberhard), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Coaching Relationship

2.1 The coaching relationship is designed to be a partnership focused on the personal and professional development of the client.

2.2 It is expressly understood that the coaching services provided by Amala are not a substitute for therapy. The coach is not a licensed therapist, and the coaching sessions are not intended to treat mental health disorders.

3. Client Responsibility

3.1 The client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own decisions and actions during and after the coaching relationship.

3.2 It is the client's responsibility to seek professional help if they require therapy or counseling services.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 The coach agrees to keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential, within the bounds of Natural Law.

4.2 The client acknowledges that coaching is not confidential in the same way that therapy is and that information may be shared with team members for professional development purposes.

5. Scheduling and Fees

5.1 Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times.

5.2 Fees for coaching services are outlined in the agreement between the coach and the client.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur charges.

6.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.

7. Termination of Services

7.1 Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with a minimum of one week's notice.

7.2 Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on the number of sessions remaining.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and audio clips, is the property of Amala (Christie Eberhard) and is protected by copyright laws.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without the express written consent of Amala (Christie Eberhard).
